Jason Ingle

Jason is a native of Asheville and has spent the majority of his life here in Western North Carolina . He graduated from Appalachian State University in 1994 with a BA degree in Marketing and started with The Buyers Agent of Asheville in 2000. Jason feels that growing up here in Asheville gives him a unique a perspective and a distinct advantage when helping his clients achieve their dreams in his hometown.

Jason starter his career with The Buyer?s Agent and has always been an Exclusive Buyer?s Broker. He has always felt that buyers deserve to have someone completely on their side when looking for and negotiating on their new home. As an exclusive broker Jason spends his time looking for advantages for his clients during the transaction. Research and analysis is something that he really enjoys doing and applying to the real estate transaction for his clients is an aspect of the work that gives him great satisfaction.. From researching the history of the property to the potential trends for the area, Jason loves to dig in and find his clients an angle for the best deal.

Jason has closed over 150 transactions while with The Buyer?s Agent and averages over $10,000 in savings per transaction. He continues to work on understanding the market in more depth and looking for trends that his clients should be aware of.

When not working Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Katy, and his two kids Ivy and Max. They all enjoy hiking, biking, running and camping. Jason is an avid runner and a beginning cyclist. If it happens outdoors Jason is probably trying it. Asheville gives him and his family the best of all outdoor activities.
