Chris Tuten

Chris Tuten (like Rootin Tootin) has been involved in real state since 1992 as a broker, investor and landlord. He prides himself with an "everyone can and should win" philosophy. This is reflected in his personal and professional life.

Chris has traveled and lived all over the world yet when he ventured through the Asheville area in the summer of 1988 he felt he had come home. In 1994 he was finally able to move to the area and he has been smiling ever since. Reading, traveling, watching movies, playing disc golf, exercising and experiencing the many cultural opportunities that Asheville offers, with his wife and son, are just some of his extra-curricular choices.

He worked for over 20 years in education initially as a school psychologist with the public schools and then later as a college professor. His background in education helps him effectively listen to the needs and desires of each client and translate those needs into a home that they will treasure. He makes the process of finding and purchasing a home a pleasant, expedient and understandable process.

We are so glad we were able to work with Chris. He really helped us enjoy the process of finding our home. He anticipated our needs and answered our endless questions. It is a pleasure to work with him and even more of a pleasure to know him.
